Saucy Cheese Topping

2 tablespoon flour
1 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard - optional
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated american cheese

Stirring constantly, gradually add the remaining milk. Cook until thickened. Add seasoning and cheese and stir over low heat until thickened. Serve over potatoes or vegetables. Servings - 16. 1 Tablespoon = 20 calories and 1/4 med. fat meat exchange.
