Spicy Tomato Dressing

1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup unflovored gelatin
1 1/2 teaspoon dry salad dressing mix; of your choise
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
Bring 1/2 cup tomato juice to boil and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, blend thoroughly. Chill. Shake berfore serving. (Gelatin makes the dressing thick.) Food Exchange per serving: FREE FOOD
