Meat Loaf
crockpot, diabetic, main dish, meats
1/4 cup (1 md) egg
2 cup ground round
3 slice bread; cubed fine;
1/4 cup catup
1/3 cup onion; chopped finely
2 tablespoon green pepper; chopped finely
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish; if desired
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients well. Form into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan and bake until down. Food Exchange per serving: 1/2 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGE + 3 MEAT EXCHANGES +
