Bran Muffins #2


bread/rolls, diabetic, fruits

2 medium bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 oz plain yogart
2 cup natural bran
3 each eggs, beaten
2 cup powdered skim milk, dry
4 teaspoon sugar

Preheat oven to 350^. Spray muffin tin with non-stick coating agent. Mix mashed bananas, yogurt and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
