Creamy Garlic Dressing

1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 large garlic cloves; minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon apple juice concentrate; frozen
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 dash sesame oil
1 dash red(cayenne) pepper
