Whole-wheat Granola

1 cup regular oats, uncooked
3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey or substitute
2 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 cup flaked coconut
2 tablespoon sliced almonds
This is 1/4 original recipe.
Mix first 5 ingredients in electric mixer. Combine oil, honey, and juice and pour over mixture. Mix until completely blended.
Spread evenly in a shallow pan and bake in 250 F oven for 45 minutes. Stir in coconut and almonds and bake 30 minutes more. Cool and stir in raisins.
