Lemony Radish Salad
diabetic, salads, vegetables
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tablespoon minced chives
2 tablespoon minced parsley
1 teaspoon tamari
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cup thinly sliced radishes
Mix all ingredients together well & refrigerate till ready to serve.
