Peanut Butter/bran Muffins

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup bran
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped

Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
