Broiled Tomatoes

1 1/2 cup stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
2 teaspoon butter (or marg.); melted
1/2 cup cheese, parmesan; grated
1 mustard, dijon
8 tomatoes; halved

Combine stuffing mix, butter, and cheese; mix well. Spread mustard over surface of tomatoes. Spoon stuffing mixture over mustard.
