1 1/2 oz scotch
1/2 oz sweet vermouth

STRAIGHT UP: Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add Scotch and sweet vermouth. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. ON THE ROCKS: Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add Scotch and sweet vermouth and stir. Garnish with a cherry. Recipe By : Joe Robertson
