Malaysian Tea


beverages

8 cup boiling water
4 bags green tea or
8 teaspoon loose green tea leaves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon
2 tablespoon sugar or other sweetener

Place all ingredients in a teapot and allow to steep for 2 minutes or to taste. Serve alone or with slivered almonds. Source: Vegetarian Journal Sep/Oct 1996
