Southwest Guacamole


appetizers, dips, fruit, mexican

5 each avocados; ripe, peel & pit
4 each cloves garlic; finely chopped
1 cup tomato; chopped, 1 medium
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
