Hamburger Boatcheese, ground beef 1 Loaf French Bread 1 can Mushrooms; sliced 1 pound Ground beef 1 Onion; diced 15 ounce Tomato sauce 1 package Mozzarella cheese slices Remove center of bread to make a boat shape. Brown ground beef; add sauce, mushrooms and onion. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Pour into bread and top with slices of cheese. Heat on baking sheet at 350~ for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts. Slice to serve. Serves 5-6. |
