Boiled Salmoncanadian, fish 1 5 lb.salmon 6 tablespoon sea salt 6 quart water 1 cheese cloth Place cleaned salmon in the cheese cloth and tie with a string.Place salmon in pot and cover with the water and add the salt.Bring to a boil and simmer,uncovered for 15 minutes for each inch of thickness.Remove from pot to serving dish.Add sliced lemmons as garnish and serve with fiddleheads. |
