Cotelettes De Porc

4 large pork chops,1thick
1/8 cup olive oil
4 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic or powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
Cover the pork chops with the herb mixture made from the Oregano,Sage,Parsley,Garlic,Salt and Pepper. Brown the chops in a bit of olive oil and butter on high heat.In another pan add the chops and the liquid made from the white wine and chicken stock.Cover and cook for 25 min on med. heat.
