1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cup tomato puree
2 tablespoon red chiles; ground, to taste
1 teaspoon cumin seed; ground
1 teaspoon coriander; ground
4 each anaheim chiles; **
4 each jalapeno chiles; **

1 single cheddar cheese; shredded
1 single flour tortillas
1 single pinto beans; cooked

* Round Steak should be cut into 1-inch cubes. ** Peppers should be seeded and chopped.
