Mock Caesar Salad - Daley


cheese, garlic, italian, low-fat/low, salads

2 cloves garlic -- peeled and
1 minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cup belgian endive
6 cup romaine lettuce -- torn
1/8 teaspoon black pepper -- freshly
1 cracked
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese -- grated
1 1/3 cup tomato -- chopped

Put the garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a salad bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add the endive and Romaine lettuce. Toss to coat. Sprinkle the black pepper and parmesan cheese on top. Garnish with chopped tomato. Recipe By : Rosie Daley from "In the Kitchen with Rosie"
