Mama Trini's Stuffed Green Chile


cheese, mexican

8 fresh roasted and
1 peeled green chiles
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1 cheese
2 medium fresh tomatoes,
1 finely chopped
1/2-1 teaspoon garlic salt

Slit each chile and stuff with cheese and tomatoes. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Place stuffed chiles, in single layer only, in 8" x 13" baking dish.
