Quick Low-fat Burritos


easy, low-fat, mexican, quick

1 tortilla
1/4 cup beans; canned
1/4 cup rice; cooked
1 cilantro pesto or
1 salsa
1 lettuce; shredded
1 monterey jack; or other
1 cheese- reduced fat variety
