Chile Verde
ham/pork, mexico
5 lb pork butt roast (cut into 1 cubes)
2 can 14 oz. chicken broth
1 tablespoon cumin (can vari to taste)
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pepper
1 large can green chili's (chop yourself)
1 large white onion
Put all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high for about 6 hours. You can cook for longer. Just before serving add thickner to desired consistency. I suggest Wondra it doesnt lump and works almost instantly. Chile Verde
