Barbecue Halibut Oriental

2 lb halibut
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoon salad oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Cut fish into fillets and place in a single layer in a shallow pan. Combine the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over the fish. Marinate for 30 minutes, turning the fillets once or twice to be sure they are well coated. Grill fish, reserving the sauce to pour over the fillets before serving.
