Mexican Dip

6 ounces cream cheese
15 ounces chili; no beans
4 ounces chilies
2 ounces cheddar cheese; shredded

Mix the first three ingredients and microwave until hot. Sprinkle some Cheddar Cheese on top and microwave again until cheese is melted. Works just as well in the oven. Serve with tortilla chips. Posted to the BBQ List by Carey Starzinger on Mar 27, 1996.
