Mike's Ice Creambbq list, desserts 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons vanilla; (the real stuff) 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cans Carnation milk 2 cans Eagle Brand milk fill to line with whole milk This recipe is similar to Danny's but has Eagle Brand milk in it. I think this is what makes it special and also expensive. If your not familiar with Eagle Brand it is made by Bordens and is a condensed sweetened milk. You have to spoon it from the can and it is very rich. This recipe also has eggs. It is for vanilla but we have added all kinds of fresh fruits and nuts. They all work.
