The Dip - Kit's
bbq list, dips and spreads
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked, (smoked) chicken,; chopped
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic; minced
4 chipotles, reconstituted if dried o
; canned, minced, use
1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz); drained and minced
Mix and pour into pie plate. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Serve with STURDY tortilla chips.
