Willingham's Cajun Bbq Seasoning Mixbbq list, cajun, rubs and spices 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper; freshly ground 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper; (or more) 1 1/2 teaspoons mild chili powder or use hot chili 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon MSG Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
