Avocado Relish From The Mesa Grill

1 ripe avocado; peeled, pitted and diced
1 tablespoon red onion; diced
1 tablespoon jalapeno; seeded and minced
1 tablespoon lime juice; fresh
1 tablespoon cilantro; chopped
salt and pepper to taste
