Bourbon Marinated Grilled Salmon
fish and seafood, grilling recipes
3 pounds salmon; fresh,
-- skinned and boned
oil
2 cups bourbon
2 cups soy sauce
1/3 cup ginger; fresh
1/3 cup pepper; black
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic; minced
1 1/2 ounces sesame oil
Cover salmon with oil.
Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade.
Marinate salmon overnight.
Grill over mesquite until flaky.
