Citrus Chile Negro Marinade

2 1/2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 bottle red stripe beer
2 cups key lime juice
4 cups cilantro; chopped
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
3 chile negro; toasted lightly,
-- stem and seeds
-- removed, ground
20 cloves garlic; minced
1/2 cup fresh oregano leaves; minced
1/4 cup ground cumin
1/4 cup italian parsley
5 tablespoons kosher salt

Mix and use to cover meat. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Grill to desired degree of doneness.
