Corn And Grilled Pepper Relish

1 cup roasted corn kernels
1/2 cup finely diced grilled red bell peppe
1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
1/2 jalapeno pepper; minced
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
salt; to taste
freshly ground black pepper; to taste
Combine the corn, pepper, onion, vinegar, cilantro, jalapeno, and oil in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
About 2 1/2 cups of relish.
