Dill Sour Cream

1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
salt; to taste
freshly ground black pepper; to taste
Combine the sour cream and dill and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of Dill Sour Cream.
