Greek Marinade For Kabobs - 1

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
two lemons; juice of
2 tablespoons fresh minced oregano; (or 1 tbsp dried)
4 cloves garlic; minced, up to 5
3 dried bay leaves; broken into small

freshly ground black peppercorn
Whisk all ingredients in glass bowl.
Apply to lamb or beef.
Let marinate 4 hours or overnight.
