Grilled Pepper And Black Olive Relish

1/4 cup pitted black olives; chopped
1/4 cup grilled red bell peppers; seeded and diced
1/4 cup grilled yellow peppers; seeded and diced
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh garlic
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt; to taste
freshly ground black pepper; to taste

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
