Grilled Tuna With Chinese Five Spice Sauce

1 pound tuna steaks
1 1/4 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice plus 1 tsp
1/3 cup lite soy sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons honey
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 1/4 teaspoons Chinese five spice
Marinate the tuna steaks in the sesame oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium.
While the tuna steaks are marinating, combine the remaining sauce ingredients and heat in a pan for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Grill the tuna steaks for 6-7 minutes on each side, turning once, basting each side occasionally with the sauce.
