Horseradish And Tomato Relish

2 medium ripe tomatoes; coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon finely-diced red onion
1 tablespoon fresh horseradish; chopped fine
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
1/4 cup coarsely-chopped cilantro
salt; to taste
freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

Combine the tomatoes, onion, horseradish, jalapeno, lime juice, chile powder and cilantro in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields approximately 2 1/2 cups of relish.
