Tomato Salsa

2 medium ripe tomatoes; coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons finely-diced red onion
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
1/4 cup coarsely-chopped cilantro
salt; to taste
freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
Combine the tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, lime juice, chile powder, and cilantro in a bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
This recipe yields about 1 cup of salsa.
