Yucatan Marinade

1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup ancho chili powder
2 tablespoons pasilla chili powder
1/4 cup paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
In a food processor combine all ingredients except the oil. Process for 30 seconds.
Then, with the motor running, add the oil in a slow stream. Process until the mixture is emulsified.
This recipe yields about 1 cup of marinade.
