8 cups cider vinegar
4 cups water
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons chili powder
6 tablespoons paprika
6 tablespoons red pepper flakes
12 tablespoons black pepper
6 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons sugar

Mix ingredients well.
