Joanne's Queso


bbq list, dips and spreads

1 pound Monterrey Jack or Velveeta
1 10 oz. can RoTel tomatoes, lightly drained; diced
1 package Jimmy Dean sausage, browned, crumbl; and drained
1 sm. can black olives, sliced
1 bunch scallions or chives; chopped
2 shots Cholula sauce; (up to 3)
add whatever else you like: articho
; hearts, etc.

Try the broccoli or a baked potato with my sister Joanne's Queso recipe on it!!! Melt cheese and stir together all ingredients. Use as a dip or topping. Posted to BBQ List by Bill Martin on Aug 31, 1997
