Chocolate Balls

6 oz chocolate chips; 1 pk
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup nuts; chopped -or- chocolate de
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Mix in milk and stir constantly until quite smooth and thick. refrigerate about 1 hour. shape into 3/4" balls, then roll in nuts. Keep refrigerated. MAKES: 3 dozen
