Pumpkin Bread

1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter/margarine
2 each eggs
1 cup unbleached flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup apple juice
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cloves
Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugars and butter together. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix the flours, baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Add alternately to creamed mixture with cider and pumpking. Beat well. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour until bread tests done. (Note from Bobbi: Lady who gave recipe to her usually baked for 45 minutes.)
