Chocolate Sauce
chocolate, low-fat/low-cal, sauce
6 ounces White sugar
1/4 pint (5 fluid oz) water
2 ounces Cocoa powder
Stir sugar and water over heat until dissolved. Boil hard for one minute. Romove from heat and whisk in 2 oz cocoa. Bring _just_ to boil again, then allow to stand and thicken.
