Baked Peach Crunch

8 oz peach slices in juice; drained
2 tablespoon raisins
2 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup 40% bran flakesŪ; or other flake cerea
1 ; crushed
3 tablespoon coconut shreds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon margarine; melted

Recipe by: Cooking Light, Guilt-Free Desserts Preheat oven to 350 degrees; coat a 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Combine peach slices, raisins, honey and ginger in casserole; toss to coat. Combine crushed cereal, coconut and cinnamon; sprinkle over peach mixture. Drizzle margarine over cereal mixture. Bake for 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. (171 calo fat, 31% calories from fat)
