Busy Day Cobbler


low-fat, cobblers

1 3/4 oz butter
3 1/2 oz sugar
5/8 cup milk
3 1/2 oz flour
2 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
2 5/8 cup tart cherries
1/8 cup sugar

Recipe by: Suzanne Barnett-Scott Calcomp/Sanders Display Products, Scot 1. Preheat oven to 175 øC . 2. Drain cherries, saving liquid. 3. Cream butter and sugar together. 4. Alternately add in milk and sifted dry ingredients. 5. Pour into a buttered and floured casserole dish. 6. Top evenly with cherries. Sprinkle sugar on top and cover with saved li 7.
