Chicken Satay
chicken, low-fat, sauce

----MARINADE----
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic; minced
1 bamboo skewers; soak water
1 lb chicken breast; cut strips
----SAUCE----
1 tablespoon honey
2 onions; chunk
1 jalapeno; seed
4 pcs candied ginger
4 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 lemons; juice only
1 cup water
1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
1/4 peanuts; chopped
Skewer chicken strips and marinate for 2 to 4 hours. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until done. In processor put remaining ingredients except yogurt. Simmer for 30 minutes. Thin with yogurt and serve over chicken. Garnish with peanuts.
