Chicken-fruit Skillet

----THIS IS A VERY LOW FAT CHICK---
----PRITIKIN PROGRAM.----
1 skinless/boneless chicken
1 breast
1 small onion diced
1 tablespoon of tarragon
1 cup of orange juice
2 bannanas sliced
1 large handfull of seedless dark
1 grapes cut in half
1 salt and pepper to taste

Cut the chicken into about 1 and a half inch chunks and place in a nonstick skillet. Add the onion, salt, pepper, and orange juice. Cook adding the tarragon a little at a time and until the chicken turns white. Add the bannanas and grapes and simmer for several more minutes. add more orange juice if desired. This goes well over white rice.
