Curried Fried Rice
ethnic, low-fat, rice

1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup scallions; chopped
1/2 cup carrots; chopped
1/2 cup green pepper; diced
1/2 cup onions; diced
1 centiliter garlic; minced
1 tablespoon ginger
1/2 tablespoon curry
2 cup cooked rice
