2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon onion,finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon beau monde seasoning
4 tablespoon low-fat buttermilk
1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley,finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon dilweed

Mix cottage cheese, buttermilk, and lemon juice in blender until very smooth. Remove from blender and add rest of ingredients. Chill until very cold. To serve in hollowed out cabbage, flatten bottom of the cabbage head by slicing off a piece so it will sit straight.
