Herbed Tofu Dip
appetizer, dips, low-cal
1/2 each 22 oz firm tofu(11 oz)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
2 each cloves garlic,minced
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon lite salt or less or none
Pat tofu dry. Whirl in a blender until very smooth; start and stop motor often enough to push tofu into blades. Turn into a bowl and mix with seasonings.
