Lemon Poppy Seed Tart

1 jar (4-oz) baby food pear; puree
1 egg white; lightly beaten
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 grated zest of 2 lemons
1 1/3 cup cake flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 pint raspberries
2 kiwi fruits; peeled and cut
1 thin wedges
10 small papaya balls
1 lemon zest rose; optional
1 lemon leaves; optional
