Lemony Light Vineyard "cheesecakes"

1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
8 oz light cream cheese; softened
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
4 ice cubes
1 1/2 cup seedless grapes; halved
